Regulating Your Voice During the Holidays is a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Over seven weeks, you’ll learn emotional regulation tools that help you keep your balance, use your voice with intention, and move through the season with grace.

My Mission

Helping girls and women be seen, heard, and valued on their own terms.

 

My Vision

A world where girls and women know their worth and possess the skill sets they need to thrive as women and leave their marks.

 

My Background

I am an applied psychologist who specializes in teaching the 6 Emotional Regulation Pillars of Visibility. 

My focus is teaching skill sets that empower women and compliment therapy.

I Am Not

A licensed clinical psychologist. I do not do therapy. This is skill building and coaching designed to augment and coincide with therapy. 

In this workshop, we will not do therapy. We will not process emotions, events, and experiences. We will not discuss any trauma that has occurred. 

 

I Strongly Recommend

Finding a good therapist if you need help processing your emotions and experiences. A good therapist will change your life.
