The holidays can be loud. Family, pressure, emotions, and old patterns tend to sneak back in, whether we want them to or not. This emotional intelligence workshop was designed to help ease your holiday stress.

Regulating Your Voice During the Holidays is a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Each week, you’ll learn emotion regulation tools that help you keep your balance, use your voice with intention, and move through the season with grace.

11/8 – When the Holidays Feel Haunted

Overview

  • Learn how the ghosts of holidays past can throw you off your emotional game and what you can do about it.

11/15 – Calm in the Chaos

Overview

  • Learn how you can stay grounded when you are feeling spicy

  • Using your holiday traditions to ground yourself in the present using your five senses (sight, sounds, smells, tastes, touch)

  • Learn to show gratitude for all of your feelings.

12/6 – Don’t Overfeed Your Nervous System

12/20 – Who Gets Your Energy This Year?

  • Naughty and Nice List – communication edition

  • Learn how to practice assertive communication with people who make you feel safe.

  • Practice saying the words on your “nice list” to your pet so you don’t loose your cool and say the words on your “naughty list”
